ok i am in the back of the BUS......
i have been very depressed...and angry and afraid.. i started this morning to go back on my celexa and valium... my meditation and stress less was not good enough... |

Hi everyone. I was horribly sick the past few months. I am still sick but the depression has lifted a bit since this may 3, miraculously. I still feel hopeless and helpless.

I have a confession to make. Like I have already mentioned, I have been very sick, both mentally and physically. I tried to kill myself last week by od on benzos, but I survived. I was unconscious for about a day.
Is it going to be like this forever? I feel helpless and hopeless most of the time. God help me! |

I've felt the same way mimi, it makes people ''uncomfortable'' if we even allude to wishing we were not here. It can feel like they don't give a crap; And some of them DON'T give a crap (not anyone here)..It makes ME uncomfortable to feel that way
