I can't help but read this reinforcing my feeling that "every measure involves a tradeoff." Little Turtle, had you never taken antidepressant medications, would you miss them? Did the help ever exceed the hurt?

for about 35 years i took valium 5 mg twice a day...
and i didn't miss a day..i love my valium |

My doctor will not prescribe valium everyday.
 I get a small supply every six months.
