Hello, Little Turtle. My observations are the benzo somewhat constrains or reduces general anxiety and helps me remain asleep through the night. Also, it may help with a murky neurological issue. On the other hand, it contributes to "excessive daytime sleepiness" and inhibits focus.
It's a trade-off. I'm left wondering what I've gained and lost with this long-term prescription.

I know what you mean re it being very short on individualised medicine...
It is also very ungenerous with drugs that actually help. It sucks. And I was reading a thread by someone else... they also ''enjoy'' silencing people. It's very sad. imho. :rain
