How is your muzzle little turtle? Mine is uncomfortable and too tight...
I'm barely sleeping right now and am much more hungry. I'm finding my tummy is too large. I'm looking more like a real bear

I'm on a benzo taper, so far it's sort of going ok. Today anyway.... a day or two ago, not so much.
I'm feeling more irritable. I think I might try to stop these things... or cut right down to occasional use.. I got some sleep last night with some antihistamines. Love and respect to all on the AS IS BUS
