That I am doomed to live in mental and physical pain all my life....that I will have to go on when I can't go on...that I will never know peace and happiness again.

Fuzzy do you remember Brian Muir? I miss him very much these days. He was so kind to me, he would talk to me on chat for hours like a therapist.

Anyone knows how to increase the amount of oxygen in the brain? I have been advised to do breathing exercises and walk. But mostly I am too tired even to go for 15 min walks. I feel sick and that I am about to collapse most of the times.

MimiBhaduri0, what kind of health care is available to you?
How are your lungs?
Have you had a recent "complete blood count" or "comprehensive health panel"?

The answer is no. And the health care system here is not good.

I cannot offer you medical advice, but, based on my own experience, it would be best if whoever treats you not assume your symptoms are due to mental health challenges. I would hope they -- whoever "they" may be -- consider all possibilities.

Having a panic attack just now. My lungs are hurting. Strangely a panic attack makes me feel both nostalgic and fearful of the future.

I am sick - chronic diarrhea, nausea, bloating, indigestion and acid reflux. My stomach, small intestine and an*s feel tender and hurt. My lungs hurt too and I have asthma attacks every morning. I use the inhaler and feel somewhat better after a while.
I am on antibiotics but the symptoms still persist. I have this urge to poop all the time.
I hope I'm not bothering you all with descriptions of my physical illness. It's that I feel I'm going to die. Im not afraid to die but I rescued some cats, they will be homeless and die if I die.
Again I'm sorry if I'm bothering you all.

I am a bit better today, maybe the antibiotics are working, though the daily morning asthma attacks are still there. But I feel very weak and drowsy. Thanks much everyone for being there.

Little turtle do you have a pet? I have 7 cats including 3 three month old kittens. :O
I'm trying to get the female cat spayed, but it can't be done till she is fully vaccinated. She tries to run away from home when she is in heat, that's how she got pregnant and delivered 3 kittens.
They are all I have and I love them like my own children. With my MI I will never be able to take the responsibilities of a relationship and have children of my own.

The 3 kittens are named Teddy, Smokey and Dora. The Mom cat is called Daisy.

Do you really really believe this little turtle or are you being kind and comforting me? Atm I cannot believe that there is any kind of hope.
This is an unfair world.

I rescued a dwarf kitten, he is going to be 1 year old end of this August. I named him Simba.
