I had the same problem getting my meds and the withdrawals were unbearable!!!! I'm glad you got them back, though.

The vomiting could be from your meds but you never know.

Drug withdrawal was rough. I got them back and have been taking it for 4 days, but I don't think it is working yet. I get sad and depressed for certain periods of time, like right now. I can't think of a subject

I'm sorry you have to go through all this.

It hardly seems fair at all.

I don't know if this helps, but sublingually is faster and might be something to consider, and caffeine is a quick delivery system (that's why they use it in excedrin), and a stomach that is not too acid (not so good), as that effects also.

So, taking something like protronics for stomach, drinking a cup of coffee, and taking yucky medicines under the tongue, and getting extra sleep in between doses until your system catches back up - oh, and for the emotional trauma, keep posting or watch funny films, nothing triggering, or epics, if you like. Bios are cool too.

I hope this passes.

Can your Dr. prescribe attivan while your system is upset and your anxiety is evident?

Please watch funny shows, watch quality stuff, take baths, look at the depression basket thread, and maybe, just maybe tomorrow will be better!

Try and get a temp. relaxation medicine meanwhile.
also, try www.relaxationforum.com - they have a wonderful meditation video that I almost guarantee will make you feel better - a bit anyway. try it on it's open page.

take care,
night

I had my first meeting with a therapist and she is quite nice. She is older so she should have good experience. She asked questions and they went over some of my problems and next week she will have a plan and we will start to work on it. Although, she knows some of my problems there are many more that I could not think of at the time and it is too late now.

It is never too late to tell your therapist you thought of additional items you need help with. It happens all the time.

I know I'm a great one for remembering things I want to talk about after I have seen my therapist. All I have to do is pull out of her parking lot before something comes to mind.

It is all just part of the healing process. As she knows you better the "plan" will change too.

Best of luck to you

(((ariesmars)))

We all have a little diddy we sing over and over in our heads to help us get through a hard time. I'm ashamed to admit mine now.

Hope you are feeling a bit better.

Take care,
Dee
