I dont know if i am going to make it. I deal with two people at the same time. Sometimes I feel happy, sometimes I dont. Is there any explanation of my pain and suffering. I feel that i am in the borderline of something and when i get desperate a start to lie lie lie change and create a new world around me. When I come back to the real world I feel exhausted...

The answer is YES to both questions.

Do you have a therapist?

It is possible to get both parts of self to cooperate and talk to each other with therapy.

Hang in there, there is hope and there is help. Can I make it?

I agree the answer is yes to both. There are times that it is very dark and you can't see anything but the bad times. It will get better, there is hope. You can make it.

If you have a therapist you might want to talk to them about how your feeling. Or even a suggestion if you can't talk to them right now or you don't have one is to write down how you feel. Sometimes that helps.

Hope you are feeling better.

hang in there,

as long as you're willing, there's always hope. don't stop asking for help, and you'll find it. as long as we keep trying, sooner or later we'll get it right. it takes as long as it takes. it's all a journey, and i haven't found any short cuts yet, but if i do, you'll be the first to know. Can I make it?
