my alter is .........evil.

i have an alter..we dont know her age..but i swear she is evil...there is no other word for it

i am a decent person, she is really nasty / rude.
i am a vegan, she eats meat on purpose.
i'm not hugely religious but i belive in God, she's basically a satanist.
there is other stuff..i cant say.


shes more like an evil "other half" than an alter..


how do i control her ?!?!

she may not be totally evil, just possible she's the one holding in all the hurt, pain, and terror from past, given time she will calm down

My opinion.

yes, often what may initially seem evil can be the manifestation of a need for protection. She may have been the one that holds on to alot of the pain and or terror as marie said.

Have you tried providing her a journal where she can share her thoughts? Sometimes that can be of use to find out more information.

I used to have an evil personality. He hasn't come out in months and I am not a guy, I'm a woman. He is a terrorist and he speaks a different language. I believe he is pure evil and wanted to destroy the world and that is annoying. I didn't do anything bad while I was him though and that is good news.

I had what i believed was an "evil" alter. turns out it was a rebelous teenager acting out in order to protect everyone else. I agree about giving her a journal. Mine went thru HUNDREDS of pieces of paper, some with drawings, others with broken poems, after months we figured out whjat was goinbg on, and now she feels safe and knows she doesnt have to be mean to protect us anymore. hope that helps.

I've never thought of evil alters, but T has said that parts of me think that "they" are evil. She said that part of my brain was programmed to think that due to past events. There are always reasons we feel the way we do. Once we discover the reason, things make sense and from there we can change that thinking.

i have an alter thats mean he even hits ppl ppl that i love that are there for me no matter what and i hate it.... i hate knowing that although it was an alter i have hit my best friend my only family so many times and i couldnt/cant stop it when he is there...

its hard but ur here trying and thats all we can do..

we have an alter who used to act out a lot, but she wasn't evil even though she did some nasty stuff to ppl we love,

she had a lotta stuff that she needed to tell & have understood, and it did hurt lots, and what we did rather than the journal was we used to make a private chatroom at PC, password protected, & the alters would talk to each other.

we hope you can find a method of communication, this has been the key for us to finding co-consciousness, although we sometimes still split under extreme emotional stress.
