For the last few month people have been worried about my weight so much, when I get up in the morning I grab a green tea and water and go on the internet for hours trying to find ways to lose weight, then I workout for hours trying to burn fat. I have only been eating once a day and it is less than 500 calories, I won't go over that and I drink water to keep me full.
When I am around other people I make excuses for why I am not eating. I have lost my appetite and have lost 25 pounds in a month. I just don't know what to do. |

Tell someone, a doctor or therapist. . . see if they can help before you seriously jeopardize your health.

It sounds like anorexia... Perna is right, you should talk to your doctor or T about it. Losing so much weight so quickly can be very harmful and you might never recover if you keep it up!

Hi Cropp89,
This is not good. There are healthier ways of losing weight that won't make you lose muscles too and make your vital organs sick. If you've already lost 25 pounds-then how much more weight would you like to lose? Are you/were you overweight before you started dieting? Was there something that triggered this behavior? My boyfriend is always saying how hott all these women are and how great their bodies are, it hurts me cause I want to be thin like them. I now weigh 126 and I am 5"7.
