Don't want to be so sick. Got to just buy stuff that works for me. Do you guys know stuff that works for you? What can you eat that doesn't bloat you out? How do you handle it? I picked up cigs lately and lost weight, but it is bad. So anyone got any great ideas besides overeating and purgings? I know sunflower seeds and shelled nuts are good. Do you ever feel like a martian because the only stuff that you eat that dosen't make you want to puke or stuff is odd stuff? It's healthy, yet no one at your house wants to eat your stuff! Any advice, any success? I am tired of meat, tired of pasta, tired of cheese, tired of toast, tired of fries, tired of so much stuff.
Been eating bakers chocolate, and smoking. Bummer.

I'm sorry you picked up smoking (I just quit a few years ago so I know how addictive they are). Maybe you would be helped by seeing a nutritionist & therapist. I'm starting a doc supervised weight loss program in a few weeks that also incorporates a nutritionist, counselor & fitness specialist. I also started back with my "old" therapist who I hadn't seen in about 4 years. I've been bingeing & need some outside help. I can't do it alone. Hope you feel better soon.--Suzy
