Well okay its the end of my freshman year in high school. I've had trouble with eating disorders in the past. truthfully i losted alot of weight when i had one. then I went to a rehab center where they helped me, but with summer comming and volleyball season arriving i want to loose the weight i gained back off so I dont look FAT in spandex. so can anyone help me, give me some ideas of thigs to do other than puke my food up or stop eating period?????

Have some ideas... Work with a nutricianalist to develop a food plan that works for you and helps you stay away from triggering foods Not sure how big your family may be - keep triggering foods out of the house Do not shop for your food if you feel this is triggering You may also want to consider talking to someone professionally on a regular basis (you mentioned rehab, but not therapy) what you see in spandex may not be what other people see... I'm guessing some of these things are not really new to you...
