Put my scale away. Just going to check my weight every two weeks for a bit, was getting obsessed with it again and weighing myself every day multiple times

I have mine back in my apt. It's not bothering me as much as it was for some reason. I am not what I weigh but a whole woman with qualities. Never going to be a size 0! Don't want to be either.

I'm trying to learn to eat without feeling guilty afterward and like I have to work off every calorie. I've been eating pretty well but still have very bad feelings of guilt after. I'm coming up on 3 months of recovery

I know the feeling BB. It's okay to eat; we all need it to live. That may not help but it's all I got right now. I hope things will be okay for you.

Mine was very quiet. Could have gone to a cookout but chose not to for my sanity's sake..lol. Sometimes it's better being alone with the pets!

I watched tv. I hope your week will be good for you. I have to be in bankruptcy court Mon. morning. I was a wreck about it but increased my meds. to get rid of anxiety. I hope it goes smoothly. I know nothing about what happens there accept for what the lawyer told me and that was not much.

I need to get back to my Diabetic Meals Plans. To eat better for my health's sake, too. Sometimes I do better than others.

Struggling the past couple days but I think things will get better, I'm learning more about myself. Stress, anxiety and lack of sleep often trigger my binges. Sometimes boredom, less often than the other two though. It's just a habit to eat to make myself feel good and that just results in using compensatory behaviors to "make up" for the binges and the cycle goes on. In the past 3 days, I binged/purged 2 of the days. The first day I was stressed and super tired from not sleeping enough and I binged/purged. 2nd day I didn't binge or purge, and that was the day after the night I slept a full 8 hours and felt good mentally. Today I binged, did not purge, only got 4 hours of sleep last night. But I'm just using this stuff to learn about how this pattern works instead of beating myself over some slip ups. I'm noticing triggers to the b/p episodes when I look back and go over the previous days/weeks. etc

Obviously getting good sleep and managing stress and anxiety are vital to recovery. Keeping busy is important too. And doing stuff that feels good that doesn't involve food. Like playing videogames and card games, drawing or coloring, journaling, watching favorite shows and movies, reading, and listening to music. Going to church and connecting to my faith helps, and mindfulness helped me very much in the past so I'm working on using that more. Aromatherapy is great too, there's something so relaxing about good smells

I hope that your court date goes well, I'm sure that's stressful

It was very stressful for me yes. It was Mon. It went okay and the bankruptcy will be finalized when I get a letter, hopefully. Then I can start anew. I'm not getting any credit cards anymore. Will just use my debit card. It's really easy to get into debt I see that now. Now I throw all the offers for credit in the trash.

How are you doing?

I'm glad it went well, yeah I've never had a credit card and likely never will get one, I have a big problem with impulse shopping

I'm doing pretty well, I slipped up with my ED the other day but I used the experience to learn from it and keep moving forward. I'm feeling positive

Yes, it's best to use things as learning experiences. I am doing that, too.

Feeling tired today. Going to go rest. Take care.

Things have been going okay, I'm a little frustrated due to extreme hunger caused by seroquel, I'm worried about gaining more weight but I'm trying not to obsess over it. I'm some what torn. Seroquel helps me so much yet part of me wants to stop it just to lose the weight I've gained
