Hi all,
I havent posted in a while as I have been busy and also binging and purging allot lately. I feel like the only way to break my streak is to go on a restrictive diet (for about 3-4days). I eat only veggies and smoothies and juices. I started yesterday, but binged my first meal, but good the rest. Today I'm doing good. I may let myself eat for dinner as I am going out with friends. I have gained like 10 pounds in the last month. It was mostly brought on by the move of my parents, me going back to school and moving away, problems we are having with my brother, etc. I think its just allot going on. Does anyone else use restrictive diets to break your binging and purging cycles? Any advice appreciated.
