I found this cool website called www.fitday.com it's free and you can track your food intake. It tells you the calories, carbs, fat, protein all in this cool graph. It also gives you the numbers. What I thought was a sensible lunch of a chili cheese baked potato ended up not to be such a good choice. I then modified my eating for the rest of the day. I know for me if I have to write it down or document what I eat it makes me think twice about eating it. I don't want the harsh truth of what I ate. I hope you check it out.

Kewlo! also, www.realage.com is free also, will give you the age your body really is because of the way you eat and live, and gives itemized ways to correct each thing...also can have them email you tips and updates for any area of help you want.

I haven't seen that one before Jannie. I use www.sparkpeople.com. I love it! Can't say enough good things about it. For those of you trying to lose weight It tracks not only calorie intake but also what you expend during exercise and how much water you have consumed that day.

Plus, you get points for logging your meals, exercise, and other stuff. Now, I haven't figured out what the points are for, but they're points! Points must be good. For those of you trying to lose weight

They also have message boards for support. Everyone I've met on the message boards have been very nice. Many have good ideas.

I will check out fitday though. For those of you trying to lose weight
