That's great, Blue Bird!

I have done well so far today, I think. But I am constantly hungry. It's driving me insane!

Me too. I don't get cravings though, just real hunger. I know from past experience that the hunger goes away if you stick with it. It take a couple of weeks, though.

Count me in the group! I need to lose 50 at least. I'd feel a lot healthier with that off. I binge and eat quick and on the run so that definitely ruins anything healthy that I strive for. I work early, (have to be up around 7 and on the way to work by 8;30AM) so I can do some oatmeal with my coffee...with some raisins and cinnamon.

Keep up the good work everyone!

I messed up tonight..... I ended up eating an extra 2 slices of pizza now in the middle of the night PLUS a cup of chocolate milk and a cup of soda

Well, pretty soon it will be a new day. I just have to keep on trying

It happens to the best of us. Sounds like it's not killing your spirit, which is the right thing to feel! Today is a new day!

I'm struggling between wanting to revert back to eating disorder behaviors, and wanting to lose weight the healthy way. I think that's why I've been avoiding this thread...I'm not sure what I'm doing. Eating disorder behaviors never end well for me. I really need some sort of weight loss meal plan "prescribed" by a dietitian. I can't afford to see one right now, though. So I'll have to figure it out on my own.

My eating has been pretty erratic and inconsistent. But I think I'm still eating less.

I try to make sure i have a veg at every meal. Also a protein and a carb. A fat is usually unavoidable. Then i throw in some fruit and skim milk!
Thanks for this!

I ate 1,910 calories yesterday. I keep going a little over what I planned. With what I'm doing right now, I'm going to maintain my weight...not lose weight.

It's only a quarter after 10 and I've already had 580 calories. It's all tricky because not only am I counting calories, I'm trying to eat a variety of healthier foods. I guess that's the right way to do it, though.

Awesome, Blue!

I'm not sure if I did well today. I had a pumpkin cake roll thingie and I don't know how many calories it had. So I might be in the clear and might not...I didn't eat a ton today, otherwise.

I think i overexercised yesterday. Im feeling a little tired and hungry and depressed today. Not very energetic at all. I even thought about ice cream and cookies! But i stayed true to good food. After i ate a huge apple with PB2, and a salad, my hunger was more under control. Proving to myself that THAT HUNGER can be satisfied with healthful foods. I really wasnt so sure! that wasnt all i ate today, just saying it satisfied me when i was craving. I cant believe ive become a salad eater!! But i have special bowls for my salads that make it easy and fun and that has made a big difference.
Thanks for this!

Hey people we are not giving this up! I have a dr weigh in in two and a half weeks, i want to show some poundage down and a decent blood sugar. I have to say, even just raw veg can be a lot of kitchen work. But i do have more energy left in the day now if i keep my workouts to 30-45 minutes. It seems like i can do one or the other, not both.
Thanks for this!

I also have a weigh in in about two weeks, I will admit though I kind of binged yesterday for comfort because something bad happened (my mom had a seizure) and I was upset but I'm starting over today

So I've got about exactly two weeks until my next pdoc appointment, my goal is to lose a couple pounds by then (they keep track of your weight at the clinic I go to)

I've been walking every day for 30 minutes. Figured out how many calories it burns.
