I was 178 with heavy clothes on yesterday at 10AM after eating and today I was almost 180 without clothes on.
Originally I wanted to get to 125 pounds. Now I just want to get to 150 and work on gaining muscle.

Five mile run on a sopping wet track...more like swimming. AbRipper X. 30 pushups. Some plyo. Oatmeal for breakfast. Chicken Salad for lunch. Two apples for dinner. 127lbs.

I didn’t weigh myself today. For breakfast I had a packet of almond butter and 5 Ritz Crackers. Lunch was a burrito. And dinner was a can of French green beans. I took a short walk.

Breakfast was 5 Ritz crackers and a package of almond butter. Lunch was a can of double noodle Campbell’s soup with the broth drained, and a Mexican Coke. Snack was a microwaveable Kraft Mac and cheese. Dinner is going to be a can of French green beans.

Weighed in at 177 at 3 this afternoon. Probably more like 175. That’s pretty good. I have been doing a bit of exercise along with eating less but I’ve also been drinking a ton of bottled water.

Breakfast was almond butter and 5 Ritz crackers and later in the morning a peanut butter Kit Kat. I had a couple macaroons in the car. Lunch I had a chicken burrito and a small chips and Queso from Chipotles. That was around 1:30. I skipped dinner. I plan on doing on a lot of weight lifting and crunches on my ab worker tomorrow.

Your exercise routine is so motivating to me.
Today I had 5 Ritz crackers with a package of Justin’s vanilla almond butter. Lunch was a bowl of snickerdoodle oatmeal. I had a small bag of chips and a couple kinder wafer bars. Dinner was 2/3 of an Amy’s Tofu TV dinner.

Breakfast was a bowl of Spaghettios. Lunch is going to be 5 Ritz crackers and a package of almond butter. Dinner is going to be a can of chicken. I took a 22 minute walk this morning and I’ll take another one this afternoon. I did 50 weights, and 50 crunches on my ab cruncher.

Lunch was 2 slices of pizza and a can of corn. Dinner was a can of Starkist tuna and a can of green beans. I also had a small bag of Skinny Pop popcorn, a Vanilla Coke, and a bottle of Teavana. I did about 50 minutes of walking outside.

So far I’ve had a can of Spaghettios. I was going to have a can of corn in a little bit. Then Ritz crackers and almond butter for a snack. Dinner is going to be a can of chicken and a piece of fruit. Right around 1,150 calories for the day. I’m not really hungry. I might skip exercising.

I had peanut butter and crackers at 6:00. A chocolate frosty cinno at 10:30. I’m going to have a can of corn around noon or 1. Dinner is going to 3oz of London broil. That leaves me with 230 calories. I wish I had some fruits or other vegetables but my groceries aren’t being delivered until Friday. I’m going to take at least one walk today.
