Water, tea, a blueberry muffin and a raisin oat cake/biscuit for breakfast.

Last night was kendo practice, one hour of warmup and kihon (basics), thirty minutes of keiko (sparring). Today will be at the gym, run, swim, bike, weights. 128 lbs this morning.

So I was at 170 exactly yesterday. I ate about 1200 calories yesterday. And my weight was 170.4 today. These 30 pounds are never coming off. I’ve been saying here and elsewhere on this forum, I lose 3 pounds overnight and then my weight just stalls. This has been happening since Christmas.

My goals include increasing core exercises and strength training with at least using small hand weights in addition to a minimum of 30 minutes or more aerobic exercise such as walking or dance aerobics. Went to increase servings of fruit and vegetables eaten daily since not doing as well with this lately. Want to be toned and lean, it not about losing weight for me, it’s about be as healthy as can be, increase bone density, since small boned, have scrawny arms. Used to be embarrassed at step aerobics with my stick arms, then feel like have too much back side, so maybe have a little BDD.

169.8 today. So maybe I’m getting there? Slowly. I’m kind of manic so my appetite has been down. I bought a weighted vest that just came today. It’s actually meant for exercise but I’m using it for anxiety. I wonder if it will help in anyway with weight loss. I have no idea how they work besides for mental health reasons.

Weighed in at 128lbs again. I took a fencing lesson yesterday. One hour of footwork and bladework. Kendo tonight. Warmup, kihon (basics), uchikomi (striking at openings given), kakarigeiko (creating openings and then striking), jigeiko (open sparring). One and a half hours of cardio in that.

My calories equaled to 1,240 yesterday. I counted exactly. Today I was 170.2. Yeah this weight isn’t going anywhere.

oh I feel ya mountaindewed! This week I've been checking my weight almost daily (well, let's say like Friday, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) and I've been up and down those same 3lbs. It's not going anywhere! But at least I'm not gaining...right?

Quiznos sandwich. Tasted great, but ugh, too many calories.

One mile warm up jog. Three mile run on the track. Bench and incline bench. AbRipper X. Quarter mile swim. One hour fencing lesson - foil.

Still not losing. Not gaining though.

Honestly one of the things that helped before was I’d drink a 64oz bottle of Gold Peak diet sweet tea. I’d just chug it right from the bottle without using a glass. Since it was diet I’d be filled up all day and I’d be peeing all day and night too so the weight was coming off pretty fast. I couldn’t find the 64oz bottles today but I did find a couple small 18.5 Oz bottles and it’s kind of working again. I haven’t eaten much today and I’ve been using the bathroom nonstop.

Like 176 now. I still haven’t gotten my period and it’s been about 6 weeks now and all that’s been going on is severe mood swings uncontrollable anxiety and weight gain.

177. In the morning without clothes on. I haven’t gotten my period twice in a row and I am super hungry and stressed because of everything going on right now.

177 again. I’m actually pretty motivated right now. Gotta ration that food anyways.

I don't have a scale on which to weigh myself. I went for a nice brisk walk [streets are empty] and did some aerobics at home. I think I am losing weight because of food shortages.

Man, I've been dropping the ball lately and I have no excuse! We have a home gym and a treadmill. And I do mostly yoga anyway. Shame shame shame.

Yoga is totally good. I need more of that.

I needed a burnout day today after all of the BS I've been through. Warmup and stretching. A one mile run at 6:10. A 10k on the track at 40:39. Weights, AbRipper X, quarter mile swim in the lap pool, one hour fencing lesson in foil.

I seemed to have dropped 5 pounds doing nothing. Most likely hormone related getting off my period. I had about 1,040 calories. It was a combination of feeling a bit sick and hopefully getting back to my pre 6 week PMS eating habits and also getting off the birth control may be helping a bit too.

One hour of kendo/iaido training. I had oatmeal for breakfast and no lunch. I made a dinner of salmon steaks with vegetables and light BBQ sauce. I had one bite when my husband called me fat, like he does a lot and I threw the whole thing out. I weighed in at 128lbs this morning, but he knows how to push my buttons. I'm gearing up for a half marathon, ten mile bike and a half mile swim tomorrow.

I have no idea what I weigh but since I’m on my shots now my weight will be distributing from my butt and thighs and hips to my stomach. So I guess that means my current pants will get looser and my shirts will get smaller. I’m not sure though. Right now my pants seem a little bit big but I’ve been stress eating and of course not moving around at all.
