I don't really know.

Usually goals are discussed during the first session. But then it will take him or her time to learn about you.

I've been seeing a therapist since October 2023, and my goals keep morphing (maybe because of my undiagnosed ADHD), and he seems to find new aspects of me every few sessions.

Have you ever asked any of your previous three professionals?

I have talked about goals. We've discussed types of therapy to try and they dont do anything.
I realy believe they dont know how to help so they just tag me along to take my money.
I realize my problum is unique but they don't help at all.
My problum makes me 0.03% of the entire worlds population and im finding articles that say I'm inconsequential. Wich meens I'm nothing to the medical community.
All I get is they dont realy care but don't want to give up my money.

Well I'm 58 years old. And im still a vergin. No woman in my life has even said yes to a date.
There is nothing physically wrong with me however I am coming from an abusive childhood. My parents would not let me have any friends and I was specifically told to stay away from girls and I didn't need them

My father started training me for a job at 8 years old and I had a job at 10 years old and was full time at 12 years.
He always kept me working everyday except when I was in school and in the house after school.
That should put it in a reasonable description. Although there is alot more.
