LOL Perna - looks like your dog thought the place needed to be spruced up a bit.

My Becky gnaws through the legs of things like a beaver with a sapling. She likes to spread the garbage out on the living room rug so she can pick through it better too, and unstuff stuffies. She has a blankie and if nothing else is available she will gnaw her tail. I love your kitchen by the way!

Your dog, my son. Both agree with the old landlord who used to insist that 8o% of the wood floors be covered. You know, right now my head feels stuffed with that green fuzz , and just from a cold...

JoGI has done that to several of his beds.....I keep him in the kitchen also because he likes to fight with Leo & they can't be together....If I leave JoGI alone too long in the kitchen without his mommy attention.....it tears apart everything around him. I also have him attached to the oven door with a long leash & he's been known to chew through that also.

I actually put the stuffing in a bag with hopes of restuffing the bed some day....that some day hasn't come.

Looks like your doggie & JoGI would get along great....same interior decorating styles they enjoy.

I had a German Shepherd I kept in the kitchen instead of a crate when she was a puppy. Instead of a pillow, I laid down a soft comforter for her to use as a bed. It worked out well, until she discovered how to slide over the pantry door and open the "Lazy Susan."

While I was a work, she discovered a full box of powdered cocoa. Her teeth punctured the container and she apparently shook it all over the floor. She then discovered a box of Raisin Bran, and did the same thing. She wandered over to the pantry, found a can of beer, and sprayed the entire floor.

What a mess, not to mention an interesting aroma. She was still playing with the can when I came home. She was so happy and proud of herself, I didn't have the heart to scold her.
Thanks for this!

I wish that were my kitchen (not sure I'd want the dog, I have two difficult cats as it is). It's just one of many animal pictures I was sent in an email. This is my second favorite, "What'd I do?":

LOL thanks for sharing the funny pics Perna. When I was still living at home, my mother and brother got this Doberman from the Humane Society. They were upset because we had to put our old collie down because of cancer. Told them to wait and not get a rebound pet but they wouldn't listen. I had a bad feeling about this dog and she would snarl/tug at my pajamas in the morning lol. I spent many a morning stuck on the top of the furniture lol.

We had a visitor who didn't like dogs, so I put the dog in my brothers room. After the guest left, I open the door - the dog dug a hole in the bed to the point, where the springs were sticking out lol. Then the dog tore apart a silk flower arrangement in a wicker basket - it ate most of the wicker basket. I love animals but this dog was a delinquent.

Reminds me of the day my hubby decided to put his coffee cup on a pot holder to safe the table top from the heat of the cup. Little did he know the loop of the pot holder was sticking out over the edge of the table, and out black kitten was watching intently...

three minutes later, he hears a huge bang, the kitten races out of the room and he runs in to find the cup standing right side up on the floor, nearly empty, no coffee anywhere to be seen. He walks around, puzzled. Then, he feels a drip on his nose and looks up...

It ended with us having to repaint the ceiling. Animules are fantastic!
