I am slowly becoming hopeful that this upcoming year will be different and more positive than the last one was. Not perfect and I'll have to work hard to make it happen, but it's definitely looking up.

People can be so shallow that it is unbelievable to me. I re-registered with a dating service to see if I can find some women that will talk to me, and one that I thought seemed really nice changed her about me section to include this…

I'm kind of thankful the stores are closed for Christmas, and I have no energy to get dressed to drive to the gas station. Since my ex picked our son up around noon, I've been so depressed and an emotional wreck, that I would've grabbed a drink or two....

I spent all the money I had on Xmas gifts for my family. >.< They all seemed pretty ungrateful. It happens every year. I spend more on gifts than they do, but I am always very grateful to just receive something. Sigh...

I'm sorry I can't hate you, even though you've made it clear that's what you think. I'm not a cold-hearted daughter. I'm not a nasty witch who doesn't care about anyone and stays inside my little world. I don't need you to worry about my mental well-being, because I'm doing better without you.
Christmas has never felt like it's the Christmas everyone else feels. I wish Christmas will feel like Christmas next year. Is it my fault after all?
