How do you REALLY feel today???

I broke my finger this morning and now it looks like a purple sausage!

I feel sick, trapped, depressed and totally uncomfortable.

I itch and wish I had a 50 gallon drum of lotion

Ouch!!!!!

I just want to dance!

Where did I misplace the last year?

I'm really anxious and stressed and my stomach is in knots for no real reason.

I feel good, albeit quite irritated. I feel like I don't have enough time in a day right now!

I feel a lot of anxiety today. I have a lot of stressors going on in my life right know. Currently, Im facing federal assault charges with a deadly weapon. Unfortunately I let my anger get the best of me. My court date is April 3rd, so I have a long time to stress about it.

I was doing better before he called me...now I am feeling agitated again (not at peace at all).

Overwhelmed and unconcerned.

Today I feel disrespected.

Thanks Piraeus....some days it's not that bad and other days...for reasons unknown...I can't sit still. I work at a computer all day so I have to keep standing up. I injured it several years ago and I never know when it's going to rear it's ugly head. I have some amount of pain every day but sometimes it just gets the best of me. Today it's good.

I'm quite anxious today, trying to juggle too many things and trying not to drop anything...

Doing fairly well but pretty antisocial. Just trying to be productive and get things done. Working hard on getting my blogs ready for next week. My daughters are visiting from Florida next week and I want for my workaholic self to slow down some while they're here so I can actually enjoy the time.

Fuming. Nervous.

I'm not as bad this afternoon as I was this morning. I'm going to be in Athens, Georgia from Sunday through Tuesday afternoon, and I'll be back to work either Wednesday or Thursday. I'll be learning a complex machine that analyzes nitrogen and phosphorus. Excited about that, but not looking forward at all to the 120 mile drive down there. I don't mind driving shorter distances, but driving longer distances makes me nervous, even with my Garmin. And it can get so monotonous. And Georgia can be so flat and un-scenic. I do, however, look forward to being someplace where there are lots of good places to eat. Athens is home to UGA, so there are plenty places to choose from! I want a steak the size of my foot and lobster lol

I am really anxious and nervous, sick to my stomach even; I am worried about tomorrow.

frustrated, got myself in bed ready to watch born to be different, fell asleep and missed the first twenty minutes!... oh well i am sure it will be repeated some time during the week on a different channel!

I am just trying to get a trigger from increasing my anxiety. So, it is difficult keep from mentally flagellating myself and letting go. It takes a lot of self control not to have an outburst. All my energy is focused on balancing between two extremes.
