How do you REALLY feel today???

a little constipated so i'm feeling a somewhat down

Utterly confused again and hoping I did not make a mistake....again!!!!

At the moment, furious.

Atypical_Disaster, this morning I felt like that, but I got a lot of emotional garbage out.

Annoyed and disgusted.

Groggy and still looking for the "I know things are moving in the right direction" feeling...

The lesson on challenges to distorted thoughts was challenging. All in all it's been a productive day though, but I'm tired, irritated and depressed.

tired and sore, have been in a 4 hour meeting this afternoon, then a 2 hour training session this evening, so have been strapped in my mobility scooter for 10 hours straight, so got home very tired with a leaky continence pad (diaper) and great big wealts on the top of my legs and bum where they have been on the seat of scoot. oh well looks like a duvet day is in order tomorrow!

like i can't do anything right.

i tell ya.. today's been the worst day i've had in ages- everything i do or say seems to be wrong

I've continued to spiral down this afternoon, not sure what's going on. I was feeling good before I logged on though. Maybe I shouldn't try to help.

I'm okay overall...we'll see how the night goes.

beads is very anxious.......the apt. that we want we r going to have to come up with $515.00 deposit and we aint got it.....dunno nwhere it is goign to come from not a clue but have to come up with it by april 1st........like how r we gonna pull this rabbit out of a hat??ayyayayayay!!!!

I'm back from Athens, Georgia. I had a really good time. I am exhausted though. I so did not want to get up out of bed this morning and come to work. But I did, and at least the day has been very productive. My broken finger still hurts bad, and the color is gross. It's like a dark purple/green/yellow combo.

Overall... Still pretty good
