Caffeine craving neutralized. Good cup to start the day with, or in my case...end the shift with.

I feel like crud, I have a virus. I'm still freezing. I'm not quite as down as I was before, but it's not gone yet.

Think I'm mad AT myself.... Maybe why I think pc people are mad at me and I piss everyone off I ever encounter..., maybe? Just don't know been too bouncy in emotions and thoughts to know how I'm doing

I FEEL like I got run over by a MACK truck...darn good thing I don't LOOK like I feel!

I feel torn in half. A good part of me is feeling good because I feel more in control of my life. Another part of me feels like crud because my coworker talked to me like a dog again and I just walked away. A good part of me knows what I did was the better response (than responding nastily) but I want it to stop and feel held back from simply saying so.

Hearing voices on and off most of the day, Scary!

I think it makes me anxious logging on here. I can't seem to let go though.

I feel sorry you had an anxiety attack i do know what it feels like firsthand as a teenager i suffered from them bad, i noticed when i finally quit drinking any kind of alcohol i never had another one, just to let you know if you drink, there is one success story, which is me from quitting drinking

A twinge of pain on my right knee that comes and goes. I better be cautious and take some tylenol to work with me. Standing all night on those hard floors is not good for the knees and hips.

Emotionally better..... yesterday pm was tough! And happy we had a semi-sunny day!!!

I don't know. Going through the motions, sticking with the plan. Tired. Supper and to bed maybe?

Kind of weird, its indescribable. I don't really feel like I'm in the same world as everyone else or that I'm even human. It's not a bad thing though.

Not good at all, I'm on the ER v cause I had one of the worsts I ever had. And I know I say that all the time but they are getting uglier and uglier everytime. The best part about tonight is that I finally re - dedicated my heart to serve God once again! I tried on my own but I can't do anything but make more of a mess for God to come behind me and clean up!I'm ,waiting on a CT so ill keep everyone posted! Y'all be blessed and remember God is good all the time, especially through the hard time!

I started off angry at a coworker, then like giving up when my suspicions of her were verified when she left early and stuck me with tons of work still. Next, the morning crew came in, and our supervisor, and they made me laugh. When I finally finished the extra work, I was smiling again and felt good because of the other workers. I can't let one person get me down so easily.

Today I don't know, back and forth between feeling good and wanting to run away.

Today I haven't slept much but i enjoyed babysittin a little bundle of joy. I however am not looking forward to the cold of delivering newspapers tonight.... so cold outside, this shall suck...

I think I would thank you for that, but it's mighty perky and it's 2 am here.
