I finally got my yoga mat out again, dusted it off and did some stretch exercises. I feel better in the joints now

Very tired. My chronic fatigue syndrome is in full swing. And I'm hungry. I want something sweet, like a donut, and some coffee, and a pound of chocolate....

Its been an up and down kind of a day. I was in a great mood at work, then kinda down till I went off to sleep, then the ex-wife called up yelling at me about an old past due account of ours, and have been awake and hypomanic ever since.
I hope my coping skills will help me get some sleep before work at midnight. Ugh. I don't like being ex's...this sucks.

Stress at work and at the therapy group. Headachey and feeling like I'm getting sick to start with. It hurts me to chew or even to open my mouth to drink water. Just generally miserable today.
