Checking in (How do you feel today)? #3

It's my day off. I feel free!

I woke up after a decent night's sleep to beautiful sunshine and when I tried to get out of bed, my hips were stiff and painful. What the heck happened while I slept to make my hips hurt like this?

I have this horrible feeling that something's not right but I don't know what. I hate getting these feelings 'cause when it's something not good the feeling is always right.

Better.... tummy does not hurt anymore

cheered up by my grandson, playing climbing the stairs games---pulling my glasses off and putting them on again games---calms my "oh my i have to get ready for work in 15 minutes or so" thoughts...dad's just gone to put the boy down for a nap---day light savings time and only the child knows the real time

It's mothers day here in the UK today so I have been spoilt Kids brought me breakfast in bed

Also it is my daughters 15th birthday today, I can't believe my baby is 15, Years just fly by!

I feel quite happy today

I feel super great today, which is pretty rare. Three good days in a row!

It isn't a bad weekend. I think we are supposed to have another winter storm this afternoon. I've been reading books and not getting alot done.

Outwardly I feel okay, but the nagging fear of when my son leaves April 18 is gnawing at my insides. Getting worse as the date comes closer. I told my parents I will not see him off at the airport. I will say my goodbyes at home. I wouldn't be able to handle the long ride home from the airport after the flight departure.

Hideous.
Yuck.

I'm doing fine. No ups or downs really.

Like life's biggest loser.
Like I no longer matter.
Like the only thing standing between me and the end is my daughter. I can't leave her alone and I never would. I love her more than all the hell I am in right now.

I feel... Scared. And alone. And just scared.

Relieved to be returning to work. It is nice to be physically busy.

I've been reading all day. Stories about people with difficult lives. Maybe I should quit it and watch a comedy. I'm feeling pretty vague.

I am all over the place.....rapid cycling? One minute I am woo hoo the next oh woe is me. I want my hypo mania back...at least I felt good that way!

It should be a good day. I had a horrible commute, but otherwise things went alright. Maybe I'm just tired. I got a short walk in even though it was windy and cold and I had a fresh green juice to up my fruits and veggies. The therapy class went alright. Made me think of some past things in my life. Today was the lesson on challenging distorted thoughts. I kind of think that I see people as being angry with me when they are not, have to be vigilant so I know when to go.

Physically sore but emotionally okay I guess. Had a decent shift and I am off tonight so feeling up a little.

Exhausted. Hot weather is so draining.

Busy lately decorating kids room should be finished latest Sunday, Trying to keep my mind occupied, I have bunk beds being delivered on Saturday the room looks nice, I have to sort their wardrobes out either tomorrow or Friday they have so much clothes that need sorting typical teenagers Lol.

Tomorrow morning I have the dentist the start of my crowns
