Checking in (How do you feel today)? #3

I had a pretty good day and tonight I chose not to engage my SO's anger and ruin an otherwise descent Wednesday...

I am pleased that our work load was light tonight. I left early and can rest with tonight off work.

i should get more sleep.. but i feel better today..

I think I'm finally to the end of the turmoil. I'm still frazzled but relieved and chuckling to myself. I see my T tomorrow. I could have seen her today if I didn't get my time mixed up. She whispered to the receptionist and they got me in tomorrow. It usually takes a few weeks to get back in.

I've been worried about a lot of things lately, just random things like what if something happens to me, my house, my car, my cats, etc, etc. I'm alone and have no one to call if something happens so...worried. This is how I feel today and have felt lately. I don't know why this is coming up lately.

meh, today I was better with saying whatever to something. well a few things.
which is a good thing--- means I am not magnifying crap.

Aw...that's a tough one. I get that from time to time too. It can be difficult to deal with.

I feel...tired. When I first woke up I considered going right back to bed but whenever I do that I end up regretting it, no matter how tired I am. It's kind of nice being up early though. Get to spend some time with you lovely people

I feel trapped within my fears. They keep me isolated from other people and invisible. I have to conquer this!

I'm okay. This is the first day of working seven days straight and I'm already going stir crazy. Gonna be interesting.

Met with my phyc doc today, first time since being released from hospital. Went over all new meds and talked briefly. Unbelievebly this practice doesn't sponser any group meetings?? It's a large practice?? I'm finding it hard to track down any meetings in my area so this is why I decided to go online!!

Frazzled as split ends.

To blame, insufficient, incompetent, muddled

Already up and working. Working 13 hours today. Just hope I don't get as stir crazy as yesterday. Yesterday was kinda ridiculous.

Tired, obnoxious, not depressed

Turned my taxes over to HRBlock. I don't think I can deal with finishing the state this year. Sounds like Mom will be paying in. That's another bill we don't need.

I feel satisfied. I don't have a million things going right for me, but I'm okay with everything just as it is right now, just for today.

Tired, but I got a lot done today

Sore and tired. Did a lot of gardening this morning and then cleaning. Trying to keep my mind off of some text messages I got last night basically telling me this unknown person is stalking me or, at the very least, has someone stalking me for them! So now I'm going to make some awesome food 'cause cooking always keeps my mind busy. Plus my fiance loves my cooking.

I feel rested. My insomnia caught up with me yesterday and as soon as I got home from work, I was out like a light. I hope today I can sleep well also.

Still feeling the same guys… it's so sad
