scattered a bit

Pretty good?!? I was able to work on my development project almost all day, with little interruption. It's been six months since I've had a day like this

Sleepy but not bad. Working hard on "emotion regultrion" stuff and I do see benefits provided I stick with it everyday.

A little groggy, but otherwise pretty good...

I am here.
I am not sure what I feel, its one of those days and I am not sure what I feel or even what I wan to feel. It could turn out to be a good day but my personal inner forecast says probably not...we will see.

I guess ok.... My tummy hurt a lot yesterday after the small drive to the mountains, felt better when I got up today but feeling bad again as I'm up...,i hope I haven't caught a different bug.
mr.boots has been hanging out with me a lot, think he is keen to me not feeling great.

most of the time i feel like i don't belong here. chats are useless, since most people seem to be talking to other people but not me. i wonder why.

You definitely belong here at PC. There are many helpful people here and this is a safe place to post things.

I've only been in the chat rooms once or twice because I have a hard time when I don't know everyone and I'm not good at typing Most of the time I'm on my tablet and the chat rooms don't work on tablets.

Have you been to the games forum? I was surprised by how much they really help to get to know other members. Simple word games from very easy ones to more high speed games. There are also "Get to know you games" that are fun.

Some days are a little slower than others when it comes to responses to posts. Keep posting on the forums and I'm sure you will get some responses.

I did not get a good start this morning, but did ok in the afternoon. I still having a hard time stringing a good two days in a row. The good thing is that the difference is getting smaller.

I slept till 4pm. It was nice. Got up and doesn't time w the fam watched walking dead together. Ok day.

I am feeling pretty good.

However, I seem to be clinching my jaw in my sleep for some reason. I didn't realize I was doing it until I woke up this morning. I didn't feel stressed or anxious. Hmmmmmmmmm. I have been doing through out the day today too.

mmmmm i want a warm thick piece of chocolate fudge that's a little crunchy on the outside and around the edges (like a brownie kinda) with stuffed pecans and a soft chewy inside that will literally just melt inside my mouth....
..along with that i want a nice cold glass of milk....OH YUMMMMMMMMMMM AHHHH

I have an extra piece of North Korean fudge. Yommy

I feel excited/nervous/indeecisive because this Wednesday, I am getting inked (tattooed) with a medic alert symbol.

Let's see today I feel tired and anxious. My tummy is doing flips like crazy. Mondays are always hard for me. They are rough to start and usually don't get much better. I talked to a friend yesterday about some of my hidden feelings and now am wondering if that was such a good idea. Who knows. here's hoping today turns out ok.
