Feel like I'm being haunted by my past and I just want to forget it.

Lethargic. Even the thought of doing my laundry feels like a monumental task....nevermind taking a long, hot cleansing shower.

Quite pleased..... not a bad day

I feel like I need another Flexeril. My back is starting to hurt again.

exhausted... had a rough night, a 3am start, a 3 hour journey and an all day meeting about web design!

Good day and finally over my cold

Saw my doc and I have a pinched nerve in lower back. Need to do some stretch exercises first and then get back to sit-ups

helpless... wondering how can i make things right....

I'm a bit scattered today, but pretty good otherwise...

I can't stop compulsively eating today. I'm in the impulsive compulsive mode and don't know how to get out of it.

my dad's in the hospital and I cannot get there its too far away no transit to and from there

and I am feeling like my life sucks right now I can do nothing to change it at the moment in time and I trying my best to stay positive but its not working...

I'm good, got some laundry done.. I'm about to go on a movie date in a bit.

I started out feeling exhausted. After getting some rest, I was a bit down. Later I managed to just go through the motions.

So tired of people not understanding those of us that deal with this garbage on a daily basis.

Tired of the "shake it off"attitude, or those that say it is an excuse.

I just want to go to bed and wake up when I am better and can finally go back to work.

Oh, and getting off my Sertaline and going to a higher dose of Depakote sucks! Down to 75mg of Sertaline and 2000mg of Depakote.

Frustrated. My job is going great, but I feel like if I don't make a change in the next year or two I'll be stuck there. I have ideas about what I think I'd like to do, maybe go back to college and get a nursing degree or do something with my current degree (ba in costume construction), but at the same time I have no idea what I really want to do.

I've also had three friends get engaged since the beginning of the year and I fell like I'm never going to find someone. Seriously, I haven't even been on ONE date in over two years. Kind of depressing.

My son would love to get a BA in costume design and construction. Where does one get such a degree?

Try not to put so much social pressure on yourself to be married. Allow yourself time to find your life. Rushing into something before you are truly ready for it, just to keep up with everyone else does not make one happy.

I feel a bit silly. Not being able to do the usual chores at work because of doctor's orders for my back. I understand the importance of not doing strenuous lifting or other such activities, but it still feels a bit silly.

Feel so Exhausted this morning, I woke up at 4:30 am sweating after a nightmare
I have my CPN visiting me this morning and the last time she visited me I wasn't doing too bad and she was glad of this.

I am quite run down this morning fighting off some sort of virus...

I'm very sleepy, woke up at 3 am and could not get back to sleep.

I'm coming back from a few bad days so I'm writing here today but I'm probably not quite ready to come out and play yet. I have a decent amount of good days, and then when I crash, I crash hard. Just started work and will be here the next 8 hours. Yay!

not a good day... not able to come out and play. Surrounded by compost.

I am feeling pretty good, cautiously optimistic about a few things.

I'm a bit under the weather, but hanging in there...
