Its 12:45am. Very muggy. I must get myself out of the flat later today. 48 hours by myself is not good.

I think I had some bad pineapple juice back in September and it put me in the hospital for a week! Okay, well it didn't, but diabetes compliations did. But I digress...

Why can't laundry fold itself? And why do I make the loads MASSIVE???

And women are all into fashiony scarves, not the warm ones (I get those), but I don't know about other scarfs...I own a few but they seem awkward.

Another day and I'm off to a bad start already. I saw my T yesterday. I ran down the list of the usual problems giving status reports. He talked about my moods. I wanted to discuss issues. He again talked about moods. I have not shown any progress by trying to discuss moods. I did not make another appointment. I go to the T for psychotherapy, not cognitive therapy.

I never thought I was the type. I could do it. Funny, I don't even think it would be hard.
The only thing that worries me, is I think I would enjoy it, and want to do it again.

Not sure how I feel today. Part of me is angry, part of me is happy, part of me is just meh. I guess this must be a good sign tho that the meds are kicking in. The negative crap isn't automatically winning control of my brain.

My head hurts from pounding on it. I know she can't help it but Mom is driving me nuts today. I feel horrible for yelling at her. I just wanted to finish what I was doing and she is oblivious to that kind of thing.

It is snowing and it's not the pretty kind. It's too wet/warm/icy so its more like ice chunks where it did stick in blotchy patches of wintry crud. Please stop so I can stop thinking about winter.

Today, like most days, I am unable to cope with my problems. I am desperate for cures that don't exist. I no longer want to try; I think I have given up on my life. I want to spend the day in bed doing nothing.
