I hate when those self doubting thoughts creep into my brain trying to muffle the thoughts that keep me moving and motivated. Depression is a hard thing to break, it exists in almost every movement I make, and everyday since about November which is the day I took a leap I go to war against those thoughts, holding them down, throwing them out.....everytime I feel a struggle in my head that I feel I need reinforcments I read a book with nothing but affirmation prayers.....I cant lay down anymore

I live in a house thats making us all sick especially my 2 Asthmatics and years of not wanting to rock the boat with the council angers me now because now I ask for help and I do deserve it as I was awarded a disability grant for my Autistic Son but the council have no funds to build an extension :-( I so wish I listened to everybody 10 years ago and fought for my rights then ,maybe now I would be in a better home which would mean a better life even if just a little ARrgggggg BPD sucks

I don't see the point of Valentine's Day, or any other holiday for that matter.

Mostly just a day set aside during a time of year when most people are feeling the blues and it encourages people to take a day to celebrate the relationship you are in to show appreciation to a partner. Since most people are also in a spending slump this time of year, it also brings a spending jump back to the economy after the big spending spree of Christmas season. It serves two purposes this time of year. One is a reminder to show appreciation to a person you love, the other is to bring an upward jump in spending for businesses. It helps bring smiles during the hardest time of year when many people are struggling with winter blahs.

I feel so horrible today. I'm so sick to my stomach and my intestines are hurting bad. I broke down last night and cried, but the guy I love comforted me. I am almost out of money again and I still have 3 weeks until the next check.

I think tomorrow is payday for me too and I see my T, then I have the weekend off. that should be a pretty good day. I really ache lately. I'm not be isolated for punishment am I?

Feel lonely....overwhelmed with loneliness...but I feel as though there is nothing I can do about it. I told one person to stay away so of course he is, and I feel like I'd be bothering anyone I took the time to contact myself. Sigh.....

Oh eek...my ex-husband's friend has helped me with my computer a few times recently. A very nice guy, and very nice of him to help me...not attracted to him or anything...he has made a few sketchy/flirty comments (regardless of any of this, he is my EX-HUSBAND'S friend).

Texted me tonight like 10ish, "Happy Valentine's Day." Now? EVER? Really? My ex-husband would think this is funny, too. Ugh.
