I need to learn who I am above all else. I've never really known for one reason or another. That is the most essential thing if I am ever going to have any self esteem and be happy.

The days are getting longer! It is 5:20 pm and I still see blue sky.

I pick up my ex and daughter from the airport later today. I have been preoccupied with thoughts of us getting back together. I never wanted to leave, but I always felt like what I gave her was never good enough. I wanted her to just love me for who I was...did she ever just love me for who I was?

i should had called in today, I barely can get up from my desk....and I told Co-workers, that they needed to leave my area before I would get up....... this sadly reminds me a little of before my surgery that I had.. I hope that my back is not bad again like that I don't know what I will do if so.

I ask people to leave due to, I can't stand to be hurt like this, let alone have another see and think it would be helpful to help me-- which wont work for me... And I may get snappy even though I realize they are just trying to help. It is why i asked them to leave.

On another note, i don't get why my s/o needs to bring up a wound for me while I am in so much pain. Him jabbering about work and I really don't care, i am doped up as well and in so much pain... but he made a harsh comment, and I don't know why he did so.

I am relaxed after having slept, last night. Alan, after rising from terminal dullness, to be envigorated, is happy. brook.

City planners here have so screwed things up. The most beautiful spots in this city that should have been sold to hotels or high end residential projects are holding retail stores or industry. Meanwhile, the rest of the lower key spots are left for hospitality services with so-so views or landscapes. This is city bass-ackwards!

My sleep patterns are terrible. Maybe I should just move...

I feel like such a bother to people. I knew I would regret initiating that conversation, I'm annoying and difficult to talk to.

I was watching the end of the hockey game

I am very depressed and tired today. I did too much walking yesterday and my right foot feels like it's broken. This is especially frustrating as I just saw the podiatrist yesterday. There is little he can do - my feet are so oddly shaped that I cannot get shoes that fit properly. I am going to try to get a haircut and do some grocery shopping before going to school tonight.

I have failed at everything in life and don't know what to try next. I guess I will discuss this with my T on Friday. My MD prescribed a gel to treat low testosterone but when I filled the Rx it came to $85 even with discounts. It was more than I could afford.
