she doesnt need clothes as she buys these with her money when she goes on a shopping trip music is varied and she has most of the musc she likes, her faviorte animal is cats but because of this she has several ornaments and soft toys, and since we have moved we have had to get rid of some

After a big hug (which you already knew) how about a lockey, cross, that kind of thing she wouldn't have to take off. Or a watch something unique that would be just hers.
How about I shut up because I've run out of ideas.

I like the keb's idea of a locket or cross - perhaps a pretty bracelet or pair of earrings (budget allowing)? A pretty handbag comes to mind - perhaps a lovely set of towels or linen? Something practical but pretty in her choice of colour for her bedroom? If she enjoys reading, a book that is suitable for her. If she enjoys crafts, perhaps some beads to make jewellry ....

Just a few ideas ...

What about tickets to a play or concert?

Some special perfume and/or body wash stuff?

Jewelry is nice, but my 22 y.o. still loses hers.

A day at a spa? Pedicure, massage, etc. or various combination thereof?

Happy Birthday!
Okie
