How are you feeling right now #4

I feel exhausted,I just packed the grocery shop away.I need to go to bed but at the same time I feel restless.I might browse online for half an hour before I go to bed yet.
Also yet again I feel anger and frustration and can't pinpoint exactly why,except I had issues with the app that monitors my CCTV and the man that sold it to me wouldn't let me leave it until the scheduled visit,he wanted to come round tomorrow between 8.30am and 9am,I agreed,but felt put out,I really didn't want to get up that early.In the end I figured out how to fix the app and told him to not come,he said I can still come and adjust the settings on the camera for you so it doesn't pick up traffic.I got annoyed then.I said that's scheduled in for next thursday,tomorrow I want a lie in I said,so he accepted that.But I have been angry since he suggested coming round at 8.30am tomorrow,and I am still angry about it now.He is very forceful in insisting I accommodate his hours for doing the work and I just don't like how early he wants to come and how he wants me to hang around waiting when I want to go out.It hit my anger and triggered more things from the past unrelated to this and so I was seething,resentful and burning fire underneath,smouldering all day.It's not a pleasant feeling,I don't like the CCTV man at all.

Tired but good this afternoon

Kinda crampy. Thirsty too, but I’ve been really thirsty since 3PM so I’m trying to take it easy with the water.

Pretty good. Had a good day and I am just hanging out watching some TV before bed.

I'm feeling pretty anxious, I've been doing a lot of things outside of my comfort zone which I'm proud of but it's still scary.

I am tired and I am craving chocolate and I think I will cave in and have some.I am lonely,frightened and sad.

I went to take a short nap and I ended up taking an over 2 hour long nap. I feel decent though.

I am okay, hopefully getting tired so I can sleep tonight. I have so much trouble sleeping lately.

Today I am sad and upset at being on my own all the time.So I am going to shower,dress,fix my hair and go for a pub meal and to see a film,see if that makes me feel a bit better!

I feel good this afternoon ready for the weekend

I'm sad. Struggling. Feel useless at my job.... and there's work coming up that I could actually do, but my boss doesn't want me in charge of it, because he's keeping me "in reserve" for other work

I feel like my job has made me stupid. I'm trying to think about what things I enjoy, what's important to me, and it's always been "solving interesting problems" - and I just don't get to do that, at all, ever anymore with this job. It sucks.

The neurofeedback isn't going well either. I am completely confused, still, about how to accurately locate the newest location ("F3") on my head... spent over an hour on it last night and am not sure that I actually get it. Plus, the training is supposed to help with sleep (among other things), and last night my sleep was terrible... I woke up several times with anxiety and confusion, and just... am depressed today.

Just feeling hopeless. I don't know how people manage. Life feels really hard.

Guilty. I haven't done much today and don't plan on changing that.

I feel as if I have been on a desert island totally isolated for 40 years.I went and ate at the pub and saw a film,it was enjoyable but I was so lonely.I don't like being so alone anymore.What can I do,they say how you were age seven is how you will spend the rest of your life,age seven I was alone and neglected,I had no friends or family around me,I was on my own a lot as mum and dad worked long hours,I went to school and came home and was alone,no friends to play with.So that means as an adult I will always fail at friendships and a partner is out of the question as no one looks at me as partner material.This upsets me and makes me sad.

I have this small lump on the left side of my neck. I’m sure it’s nothing though. Although I am feeling a little bit concerned about it. I’ve also been getting a bunch of other sores and bumps lately.

I am feeling pretty good. Got a new keyboard that' s just beautiful!

Time to change the clocks back tonight in Oz.

Pretty good! I called the cable company and got back HBO and some other channels. For only $20 more a month I get SO MUCH MORE. I already pay a lot for cable and it makes no sense for me to not have those channels. There's a lot of movies I can watch that I LOVE On Demand now, and I am going to have a great night!

Annoyed. I woke up on my day off earlier than I would have if I had to go to work. Wtf.
