How Are You Feeling Right Now? #5

I'm feeling calm, relaxed and hopeful.

I'm feeling adventurous because we're moving to our apartment rental for a few months while building work starts seriously today.

Mixed emotions

Feeling cheerful. I went shopping today!

I feel ok but I’m kind of worried about my dentist appointment.

Mixed emotions this afternoon

My sister is having a hard time adjusting to university and my parents are pretty stressed out about it. This makes me feel guilty for having a hard time as well. I’m doing my best to “keep up appearances” (also haven’t told them I’m in therapy again) because I don’t want to be “the problem child” (again) or make things even harder for them.
I feel like it's the right thing to do but the fact that they think I'm doing really well makes me feel more ashamed for struggling to keep things together.

Relieved to have moved even temporarily, no longer going to be subjected to builders' noise, mud abnd chaos. Four months. Bliss.

Depressed.

Kinda grossed out by my cats licking the leftover pasta sauce. Besides that I feel sort of anxious but overall ok.

Strange bed last night; didn't sleep well; but coffee never tasted so good!

Maybe getting manic.

Depression this morning

A bit tired... low energy. I feel Okay emotionally.

I feel suddenly overcome with tiredness, most likely from last week's overtime and the previous weeks; a doctor's lot, I'm afraid. I feel so sleepy....outside it's spitting with rain again. Think I'll ask one of my family to make us a tray of tea and have those biscuits my daughter made earlier. Thick, chewy oaty crunchy biscuits redolent of honey and just a hint of cinammon. Yep, we call them biscuits over here. They're still warm from the oven.

Kinda anxious but also strangely already in the holiday spirit. I guess because there’s snow in the forecast next week.

Depressed this afternoon

I'm a little sad. I just want to sleep.

I think I am mostly doing okay.

My anxiety is kind of bad and I have a headache. I’m assuming it’s side effects from getting off the pill.

I'm feeling fabulous. I'm a super Phila. Sixers fan and they won their first game vs their ultra rivals the Boston Celtics. Go Sixers go or as head coach Brett Brown might say "Go Sixahs go" He's from Maine.

It's 4.30 in the morning and I feel very sad about another member. Wish I could help her.

I feel pretty good but I am worried that I shouldn't be feeling this good.

I feel pretty good this morning. I have my slider open and I just had some breakfast from Cracker Barrel.
