How Are You Feeling Right Now? #5

Tired. Haven't been sleeping well.

Stressed. Trip coming up, trying to get a new car, Carmax is sending one (yay) but no clue when it's supposed to get here. Could be today, could be in 3 weeks, who knows?

Actually I am feeling pretty good at the moment.

This evening I'm feeling sad and lonely. I didn't get enough social interaction today. I texted some people but they never did answer. And my sisters are busy. I will see if playing my game helps.

Just a bit preoccupied right now. I’m not going to my sisters this weekend I’m going next weekend. But Monday after work I’m going on a small 30 hour or so trip that involves a hotel so it’s just been a headache trying to get reservations figured out and my sleep doctor called in the middle of all that confusion and added more chaos.

I've been feeling ill since yesterday.

I'm having a difficult morning. I feel sad.

Spaced out and out of sorts.

I am feeling tired, but I am about to clock into work.

Doing better now... the sun is coming up and I ended up getting more sleep.

My stomach is upset

I feel lonely. I tried to message 4 people. No one responded. I won't try again.

HUGS @Deilla I'm sorry you are feeling lonely. Can you do something nice for yourself? Listen to your favorite music? Put on a yummy smelling candle? Bake yourself a fresh scone? Basically pamper yourself a bit. Sometimes that helps me when I'm feeling lonely. And you can always talk here on PC, if that helps. Sending you gentle, warm, safe hugs. Kit

Thanks so much SlumberKitty. I do feel better today. One of my sisters took me to a movie today and then we went to lunch . Thanks so much for good wishes.

Thank you! I ended up going to bed early. When I woke up a little later, I felt much better. I have been journaling and playing games. That helps me. Also, I ate chips and dip, which I don't normally do.

Just getting going here. A bit groggy from the Seroquel, That's about it for now.

I woke up at 2:45 with this monster headache. Mood and anxiety wise I feel decent.

Tired from being out of time sync when France is only an hour ahead.

I feel a little anxious. I have to go the pharmacy this morning. It's drizzling out there.
