I'm tired, I'm depressed, and I want to SH.

Thank you, @bpcyclist! There's a park close by that's an easy drive. It has benches by the entrance and huge rocks to sit on. I have thought of going there to get out in nature. I figured I would just sit at the entrance and people watch and enjoy the surroundings.

Ignored.

Not anxious or depressed exactly but I just feel like lying under my weighted blanket and thinking.

I'm feeling sleepless.

Determined to get healthy and motivated to stick to the plan.

I;m feeling down The man I lived with for 20 years passed today from an acute leukemia. On a brighter side I started my physical therapy for my knees. at a nearby PT rehab.

@mugwort2 sorry for your loss. Take good care of yourself. That is good about your physical therapy. I hope it goes well for you.

So sorry for your loss mugwort, so hard to lose someone that you were close to for 20 years, you must be in so much pain and you need to take good care while you go through the grieving period. I hope the physical therapy on your knees is successful. I wish you all the best for the future.

I'm starting to feel stressed and drained. I think I need more sleep.

I am so very sorry, @mugwort2, That is just heart-wrenching. Leukemias can be very difficult, as you know. I know you will have a lot to do, but I hope you are also focusing some energy on you. Sending you hope, positive vibes, and support.

Depressed this morning

It has been a long day and I am sleepy again right now.
I am keeping my spirits up.
Saturday I am meeting my niece and we are going to the theatre.
I am looking forward to that.

I’m feeling sick to my stomach because I just ate something that wasn’t peanut butter and crackers. No joke I feel awful right now.

I'm a bit stressed out at the moment. I have maintenance in my apartment banging away with a hammer and using a drill.

Depressed this afternoon

Kind of depressed I guess. Not as anxious as I was this morning though, so that's good.

Yep I was having to heat the water in the kettle and fill buckets and take it upstairs to wash my body and hair with during that time. It wasn't nice but first I couldn't find a plumber and then couldn't get it fixed cos heating element was jammed into boiler and wouldn't come out so plumber couldn't fix it. So I dipped into my savings and replaced the boiler. I now have hot water when I need it.

I'm presently feeling body pain. It's the cold damp weather. Usually I can do cold providing the weather is dry. But I've just noticed our barometer is dropping, and I don't like the thought of more rain tomorrow and gales. Barometric scale: 988 hpa does not feel good.

Just a bit mentally drained. Still bouncing back from yesterdays episode, but I'm optimistic again. I've put in place some changes, so that's good. Going to go for an afternoon bus ride soon, and have a coffee somewhere peaceful. Get a few groceries.

Quite awful to be honest. Almost detached from my body. Waiting for my ill-feeling to drain away like a flood receding back into the great ocean.

I feel at peace this morning. I'm hopeful for a good day. I've been productive around my place. I think that helps.
