I feel like I’m making progress in my anxiety and moods. I actually feel halfway decent for the first time in a week.

Quite sad but grateful, and guilty and frustrated at the same time.
Looking at the winter blue sky outside of my window It reminds me of older days... the need to love, the fear, the unknown, the depression I've never been really ok |

I am ok but I still feel depressed after the election result, don't really know what's to come what with another five years of hard right rule by what is effectively no longer Tory party but UKIP, extreme right wingers. Also no idea how much we will suffer economically due to Brexit. As if chronic physical illnesses that I have as well as mental illness ,aren't enough ,we might be having to face the privatisation of the NHS and have it sold to the US and Trump. So I won't be getting health care anymore no insurance what with pre existing conditions.I expect what's to come will make life unbearable so I have good reason to be depressed!
How does private health work in American society, do they have any provision for those who haven't got insurance? |

a little relieved. I've been feeling angry and irritated and emotional all day, and I just looked at the calendar and saw my period is coming like tomorrow (Yay! HAHAHA) I just feel like it all makes sense now. I have pretty intense PMS sometimes.

I didn’t take my morning meds until 11:45AM. And my morning Geodon is so wonky. As a result of taking it at that time I needed a nap by 1. I finally pulled myself out of bed at quarter to 4 but I’m still kind of tired.

I took my night meds and a Xanax and then ate soup with a glass of sprite. I’m tired but I’m feeling better at least.
