I was appalled at seeing twin 850g packs of Cadbury's Dairy Milk on offer at a local supermarket, then refusing my daughter from buying such a vast amount. I hate having to say "No" to her, but she gracefully accepted my buying her a medium bar of Toblerone instead.

My heart is racing and I have a little bit of chest pains. I feel fine mentally so idk. Im home alone so there’s nothing I can really do about it for another 1.5 hours. I don’t have anxiety or anything though.

Feeling more depressed. Hard to deal with suicidal thoughts all the time. I just don't see anything good happening in my life so it feels hopeless. Nothing to look forward to. Missing my friend a lot too, she was one of the only good things in my life and a genuinely golden hearted person.

I'm feeling a little anxious. I'm trying to relax and let myself know that everything is fine. I suppose some meditation will be helpful.
