Sad today and anxious.I founds out from the newspaper today our government is giving the go ahead to introduce 5G to the country.athe radiation is really dangerous to the immune system to eye sight,causes immune problems,cancer.Wherever it has already been introduced birds drop out of the sky dead.In the US a rich gated community has been promised they will be exempt 5g won't ever be introduced into their neighbourhood cos of it's serious health implications but the rest of the US has no choice cos it will be installed everywhere else.It appears rich people's health and safety matters but poor peopl's doesn't.

I didn’t take my visteral today and I skipped breakfast so I haven’t been as hungry as I’ve been since I started the visteral. My anxiety is kinda blah though. Maybe I’ll try some sleepy time tea.

I went to bed last night with a slightly sore throat. I thought no big deal probably just swallowed a hair. Now I’m wide awake at 2:30 and my throat hurts so bad I can barely swallow and my neck feels all swollen.

The same way I’ve been feeling all day. Severe throat pain mixed with anxiety. I think it’s more physical then anxiety because I’ve had 2 Xanax and they are not working very well.

I just researched student loan debt and social security. There's a federal law that only allows lenders to garnish $120 or 15% of a person's social security monthly check. That means I"ll be left with $680 a month for rent or living expenses (hoping I can get multiple roommates in their 50s, 60s, 70s) and by the time I'm in my 70s, qualify for the elderly waiver which would cover 100% of the costs for a memory care bed or assisted living bed, and the $200 left over would be garnished and I'd be left with $80 to get my hair done once a week plus maybe take the nursing home van to the library or grocery store. Good future planning I think! 17 years to go...

I feel good. I had a good day, I went and ate at the pub, saw the film, Little Women based on the book by Louisa May Alcott.
It was engaging, deep, meaningful and thought provoking. After the film I came home and have been relaxing! |

My eyes are watering from how painful my throat is. It’s so bad I’m literally not feeling any other emotion. No fever though so that’s good.
