Tired but good this afternoon

The same cold and flu symptoms I’ve had since yesterday but now I also really feel like throwing up too.

Superb today

Well, the convention in my head is quiet now, for once, so I am feeling much better at this moment. Hate my voices. They freak me out!!

Stressed after a very difficult morning seeing many people, and I'm very glad to be home!

Anxious this morning

Depressed. Can't get my sleep back on track. Can't figure out how to be effective in the world.

Husband said I woke up in “full negative mode”. Feeling awful, trying to act normal. Seeing t today. Honestly, what’s he gonna do???

At this moment, kind of sad.

Sad af as we had to put one of our dogs down today. She was 13 yrs old and probably the kindest creature i have ever met. it hurt so much seeing her suffer during the past few days and im glad we made that choice. but i miss her so much and just hoping i get to see her some day again. my soul is crushed today.

I’m feeling kind of sick and also really thirsty.

Dear @Uncharted, I am soooo sorry! I have been where you are, & there is no way to describe what you're going through. And unfortunately, the painful grief for losing someone who isn't "human" is often made light of. God bless you & your wonderful love & memories!

i just woke up after 10 hrs of sleep, still feeling awful but trying to think of my other pets who are still alive and well.

Stressed again. Three cancellations again (they phoned through - considerate of them!) and two no-shows. Such a waste of time AND money. Next time the no-shows don't phone in they'll get a written warning. If they do it a third time, they will get removed from my list.

I am feeling music, which I am now listening to. "Love is a many splendered thing....."

Depressed this morning

A little relieved at this precise moment.

Lately I have been having occasional mild anxiety attacks. Not often, but about one brief one every other day for a couple weeks. I can usually stop them with coping skills, but other times I need my prn benzo.

A common anxiety symptom is that I start to suddenly start sweating, heavily. This happened at the beauty salon about 10 minutes ago. What exacerbated it was that the stylist would see my sweating on my face, since she is coloring my hair. I told her that I was having a "sudden increase in my body heat" and asked if she could get me ice water. Obviously, that's not what was happening. The ice water did help, though, but I later asked for my pocketbook claiming I needed a pain pill for a developing headache. Truth is, I wanted an Ativan. Unfortunately, I had none, so I am controlling it with coping skills alone. I'm managing.

I've seen no less than 22 since the day began and I'm very, very glad to be home! My neighbour did our shopping which was so kind of her. I couldn't bear going to our local supermarket because it's usually packed on Friday evenings. My daughter even had her favourite magazines, so she's well pleased.

Hopeful and positive.

I’m pretty relaxed and calm right now surprisingly.
