I use to save up my husband's change he'd put in a bowl when he came home from work (we're retired now and go almost everywhere together so it doesn't work so well now LOL) and about once a month I'd have enough to order a pizza :-) Hope you have enough tonight, Sweet.

I'm going to go grab a late lunch so I probably wont have dinner. Pot roast is sounding good; good comfort food. Its really cold here - 5 degrees.

Perna - I totally understand what you are talking about. I work for a large food service company that owns 4 and 5 star restaurants. Its about mouth feel. Add a mushy potato to a great mixture and you've riuned the whole thing. I have been to restaurants with meally tomatoes. (That happens when they refrig the tomatoes) Just nasty!
Depending on what I am eating I like different textures (as long as its not meally)

We’re having kielbasa and rice tonight. Oldest is cooking. He’s a very good cook until he tries to experiment. His experiments are lethal!

Oatmeal n raisins. And toast.

I have not cooked since puppy moved in. I do need to shed some lbs. so not cooking isn't a big deal for me.. O I did cook Christmas dinner, but other than that the fastest and easiest thing I can find is dinner..

I leave puppy downstairs and he barks and howls the whole time I am upstairs. I take him up stairs. Bring his toys. And he likes pulling the table cloth off the table. Or tearing into the papers on the stand. Or pulling pillows everywhere. I even toss him new things to play with and he doesn't want that. Only stuff he can't have.

By the time I have cooked, cleaned up the mess I made I have to clean up the mess puppy makes I am too tired to eat. Then to top it off, I lose track how long I am trying to cook and puppy ends up pooing on the floor. By the time I am finished cleaning and disinfecting I am in a bad mood. So it isn't worth all the hassle to cook..

wow all of that just to answer what is for dinner lol
