I had a miscarriage at 14 weeks. I am so sad. I feel like a failure... Why does it seem that when things are going so right, something has to come along and kick it all out from underneath me? I was doing as I was supposed to, and it still didn't work out. I feel comfort in the fact that I now have an angel looking down on me, though I wanted this baby so bad........
Here we go with the ups and downs and medication again. I am sick of pills...... It shouldn't have been this way.
I don't know if I will ever heal.
I love you, and I will never forget..

Have you been able to have some sort of memorial to your baby? Even its just with your husband and you, or those people in your life who are most supportive? At some special place? or whatever might be meaningful to you? For me it helps to make it more understandable if there is something solid to touch, like a tree.

There is a really nice website on the topic of miscarriage and infant loss. It will make you cry your eyes out, but it looks like it has some wonderful information and support:

Take care. emmy

You lost a child and grieving has it's own time. I like Emmy's suggestion about a private memorial. I have a tree in my back yard for my daughter. You didn't cause this bad thing to happen. Talk to the baby and tell him/her how you feel and how you loved having him/her inside you and blooming with life. Thank the child for choosing you to experience the joy of pregnancy. Bad things just happens and it's not fair. It is not fair and it's not your fault. My heart reaches to you in your pain so you are not alone.

Aw, do not feel like a failure, unfortunately these things happen, often no reason why, it is very sad, for you and others that have miscarried, I have a cousin her first baby miscarried, she of course was devastated, time passed on , now she has 2 little boys.
Please do not feel you failed with this, sometimes no matter how much a person does like they are supposed to, things can go wrong. My heart goes out to you, do not deny counselling if possible, this is a very fragile time.
