Yesterday, I walked two miles and did light upper body weights.

Today, I have already done upper body weights (more than yesterday) and will walk two miles on my way to and from school.
Thanks for this!

Did upper body. Went slower on the eccentrics because getting used to what was a heavier weight last week. Bench presses felt very strong.

My mind is clear from it, and I can do more studying. I like how rewards are immediate with intense strength training, as well as the longerterm rewards.

Yesterday, I walked 2 miles. It really tired me out and my feet were hurting badly on the final part home. I can't wait for spring when I can resume riding my bicycle.
