Used the school gym for the first time -- the lower body machines we don't have in the home gym. Yay, finally.

I walked 2 miles yesterday. I really like exercising out of doors rather than indoors.
Thanks for this!

Did you exercise today?

Hell no! I'm allergic. I break out in a sweat.

I went to the YMCA today and walked on a treadmill 3.25 miles @ 9% incline in 45 minutes. I also lifted weights and toned muscles with variety of exercises. It helped relax me a bit.

I walked two miles today; one mile of it in the snow and wind! It was a winter wonderland and spring is two days away. Go figure.

I got my two miles in... One with the dogs and one just me. My right knee is a little gimpy, slowing me to high 14 minute miles. Stupid knee!

I got my two miles in late tonight. I stretched more before the walk and my knee felt better.

I forced myself to go to the YMCA again today.

I got on the treadmill and walked my 3.25 miles @ a 12% incline for 45 minutes, bringing my heart rate up to the 93rd percentile at 167 bpm. After my walk, and a few stretches, I lifted some weights and did crunches for toning.

The exercising boosted my mood and made me feel a little bit better about myself for an hour or so.
