I have been under a huge amount of stress recently so I think this is a psychological problem?

Too stressed out to eat, no appetite, and when I do eat, I can't keep it down. Any ideas?

when i have this problem(quite often) i let my body be my guide. even if it means not eating "healthy" for a while, i will simply wait till my body decides it wants something, and then eat whatever it is that i want. drink lots of water and take your vitamins if possible. also try to drink V8 juice if you can, and chicken broth, but eat whatever you can get yourself to eat for a few days should help.

What works for me when going through this is to have a variety of food available and then to eat small quantities through out the day, sort of "graze".

I have a three spoonful deal with myself, in other words even if I don't feel good and my appetite is nonexistent - I at least get down three spoonfuls of yogurt or whatever - even if I can't finish all the food I prepped for myself.

Works for me also to just distract myself. Eat a little something while reading a good book, anything along those lines.

I know that if I don't eat enough and regularly all sorts of other symptoms get worse, so I make sure to at least keep myself fueled.
