I get carried away with preoccupations like crazy.
I used to live near Valley Forge and got obsessed with American Revolution and went there everyday.
I got obsessed with hockey autographs, motorcycles, music, guitars, audio equipment!
And my intrusive thoughts have always been out of control.
Sex has always been a major obsession. I was told last year my testosterone is higher than a teenager's and I'm 60 now!
Anti-depressants never helped my OCD.

It's unhealthy to have an addiction or obsession with anything. Best to find a healthy balance.
