|
I was supposed to meet JMO today - she was in my town. We talked on the phone several times, I went into town to be ready to meet her where ever it was her Mom works (JMO didnt know the name of the place), and I never heard from her again ! I just hope she is OK !!!!!! I was so disappointed to not meet her before she moves to TX ! Anxious for her to post here so I know she is OK !

so sorry you did not get to meet her....that has to be so dissapointing after making the plans and all....hoping and praying all is well with her and she checks in soon...

Don't worry... she proberly has a good reason to why she didn't show. I know you're upset because you were looking forward to see her and have a great time. Could try to phone her and ask how have you been? Disappointment is a strong word to use, yet I would feel the same. Could have been busy. Don't beat yourself up about it! These things happen. I had my 12 birthday ages ago and invited my best friend to come. It was swimming party and she phoned me to say she can't go beause she is too ill. I felt what you felt now. But still she went to my other birthdays, so I could understand. (((((((((((((((parker10))))))))))))))))))

Sky - actually she was visiting in my town where her Mother lives. We talked on the phone "after" she arrived in my area. Her appt with the attorney is this morning. I am still concerned, as I heard nothing last night and no E-mail this AM. I DO realize what she is going through. We had planned to meet long before this move to TX came up.....this was just the first time she was coming to visit her Mom.
I am hoping we dont hear ANY bad news from the meeting with her attorney ! |

JMO - I hope everything is ok with you. I look forward to seeing you post here again real soon but I realize that you've probably had various things pop up with all you have going on in your life right now.

Parker,
My dear Parker. Please forgive me for yesterday. I arrived at my mothers and without my knowledge, they had tons of things planned. My sister was there was Philly with the kids (neice 16 and nephew 2). I spent hours catching up with her and taking pictures. My younger sister had a basketball scrimage as well and she begged me to go watch her, so I did. We went to dinner and had a lovely time. I noticed my mother watching me out of the corner of my eye. I guess she was taking it all in. All of her kids in one place and knowing that I am leaving soon. After we got back to her house I was planning on calling you. However, my cell was dead and my charger was at home. I couldnt access your # with out my cell.  I feel like the biggest *** and I am sorry. Being with my mom and sister was so good for me. For the first time in a long time I felt safe and loved. I am sorry I didnt get to meet you Parker because I wanted to. There was just so much going on with family that I couldnt get away. Please forgive me. I am sorry. |

Whew - just glad to finally know that you are OK ! I am glad you had such a great time with your Mom, sister, and other family members - and I DO understand that being with them was of course important !!!!! I even remember mentioning I did not want to take time away from your visit with your Mom, so dont give it another thought. I hope things went as well on Friday !!!!
