Just like to put a shout out to get people to visit the post entitled "violence in our lives" in the depression forum.

I would like people to add to this and make it a good resource for people who are in need of help and advice.

Please visit it and add to it if you feel the need.

I can not gaurantee that your post will not be censored, but so far, they have not been so lets hope the administrators here see its worth and keep it active
