Well, I'm not starting another thread, because I'm not going to bother going on with it. You may feel invalidated because I asked questions, but I wasn't invalidating you, and that's the way I see it. I never claimed or implied that my experiences were the same as what you experienced. As for the sexual harassment I spoke of, I don't define sexual harassment as being asked out at work or "innocent flirting." I've been sexually harassed at work, which I think is the true definition of where it can happen; I'm not sure if being followed home (unknowingly) and having someone walk into your home, who then refuses to leave (until I told him my boyfriend would be coming home in the next hour) and keeps trying to touch you and tickle you (he told me that turned him on), qualifies as sexual harassment in the legal way. That's so you know I'm not talking about someone who just flirted with me.

I'm dropping it. Let's get back to the Dateline stuff, if anything more is to be said, ok? Does anyone know when the next predator show will be?

I have a brother first time offender got 20 no less than 10 saw repeated offenders get off with probation. Have older brother know what he has done and never been in prison for it . Laws are laws but put in the hands of certain ppl does not matter anyway. Predator or not they will get what ever the judge at that moment sees fit and may be a slap on the wrist no matter how many times caught.

Exactly! That's why we have to get active and push Jessica's Law to the fullest extent. Not let the legislators soften it up. Dateline Predator Series

Thanks to those who let me know when Dateline's "Predator" shows are coming up.

Yesterday, I spoke to my mom to ask her why my brother had been in jail when I was a kid. I didn't know if it was for sexual offenses, although I know he'd done some things. She said he's never been in jail for sexual offenses (stealing, drunk driving, and some other things, but not sexual offenses), but he was charged once for exposing himself in a window to some neighbor girls (under age). They couldn't prove it, so the case was dropped. My mom seems, in her tone (I didn't actually ask her), to think he wasn't guilty. He's been in trouble for similar stuff, and as I said, he spoke to me about a porn movie when I was 14, also recorded himself urinating with my tape recorder around the same age, and my mom said when I was a baby, she told my dad never to leave me alone with him, so I don't know why she would automatically disbelieve it. I'm not saying he was guilty; I don't know. But I know he did stuff like that.
