still alive. (long post)

Not a whole lot going on I guess, well some stuff. I have started a side business to help pay for my meds etc, Snap Creations for people who want me to design their sites/message boards with skin, graphics, buttons, banner etc. That's slow since it's so new, but I got one cheque, and the possibility of 3 more.

I also saved a hamster. Hammy pics <-- that link of her, a bit fuzzy but she was moving.

Her name is Butterbean, I'll have her for 4 weeks on Saturday. To make a long story short she was an unwanted pet, along with another hamster. They were dropped off at a pet store to a place that did not sell live stock. The employee knew my friend had 2 snakes... free food for the snakes, so he took them. Put them in the freezer, thinking that is the most humane way to go, 18 hours later goes to get them out, they are both alive.

He builds them a home out of a fish tank. Later they are snake food, Butterbean's friend goes to the female.. and Butterbean goes to the male. Luckily for her that the male was shedding his skin and wasn't hungry. I got there and he asked me if I wanted her, and after hearing her traumatic story I took her. No animal that small should have survived that long in a freezer and she did, she has 2 lives. She is happy, tame, and so sweet.


Also,I left a message for her at the start of November with the days this month I can see her, she hasn't phoned back and its almost DECEMBER!!!!

She wanted to get 3 more sessions in before we ended it in January due to me not being able to get there on a constant basis...

So dunno what is going on, good for pills, well I run out Thursday but luckily she gave me a repeat.. so I called that in, however I think it's going to cost alot... :bwings:

It's going to be weird not being able to rely on her when I need help or stuck, or getting worse. 10+ yrs with someone is alot, I started at 16 and i'm 26 now... :scratch:

If I need refills, someone to talk to etc I have to go through my GP, but she doesn't know yet...

It's going to be hard the next month, alot of changes... :hanghead:

What sucks is with me and change?

What a wonderful thing you did. That is such a horrifying story that poor Butterbean went through. I, for one, thank you for what you did to save Butterbean's life.

I'm so sorry you are losing your T. Ten years is definitely a long time. I hope your GP will be understanding with you when you need your meds and doesn't give you a bad time over it.

Hang in there. I hope things will get better for you.

Don't know what's going to happen with the GP in January, I know she can perscribe me my meds.. which is good.

I hate doing everything last minute, I don't like stressing of it, I'd rather just know...

It was up to me whether or not to continue with my pdoc, in Jan the bf is going back to straight days so he wont be able to take me ... She asked if I just wanted to see her here and there, but I loose out because I'l work on something , do well in it, not see her for 4 months and then have to start over again.

She said if I need to if i'm desperate I can set up an appt with her even though I'm not seeing her.. so that option is there for emergency's.

Butterbean looks so cute and happy now. Poor little thing. How could someone do that? Glad you saved her.
